1. When will I receive my items?
These items are so unique that they are made to order! They are printed AFTER you place your order so that you know you have a beautifully unique item that was made for you. There are two components that go into getting your items to you as quickly as possible:
Production time + Shipping time = number of days from order to delivery
A. Production time: the length of time from the moment you place your order until the shipping notification is sent.
Production time varies based on time of the year. In most cases production time is 3-6 business days. Around holidays, production time will be around 9-12 business days. These are the holidays/times of year that will require longer production times:
B. Shipping time: shipping varies depending on carrier and type of service used. We use the US Postal Service for most items.
First Class (for orders weighing less than 1lb): 3-5 business days incl. Saturday
Priority Mail (for orders weighing 1lb or more): 2-3 business days incl. Saturday
2. Return Policy - Not totally in love with it? Say it ain't so!! That's ok, I understand, and want you to be completely happy with my designs and products. If you want to return it, please CONTACT ME FIRST at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and I will pay for postage and process a refund as soon as I receive it back in new condition.

3. e-Gift Cards
A. Can I use a discount code to buy an e-gift card? E-Gift Cards act as currency so discounts are not available at this time.
B. How will they receive their e-gift card? When you purchase for someone else, you will receive an email with the unique gift card code. You can either forward the email to them, or print the email and put it in a card, or both! BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER'S SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER JUST IN CASE
C. Will I get cash back if I don't use all of it? The balance stays on the card until it is all used up.
D. Can I use it on shipping and taxes? Yes! e-Gift Cards act as currency so you can cover your shipping and taxes if the value is as much or more than your total order.
E. How can I check my balance? Just send an email to email@example.com with the purchaser's name and date of purchase and I will respond with the balance.
F. What if I lose the email with the gift card code? Let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can resend the email to the original purchaser.
